  • How do I place a catering order?

    You may place an order online at participating locations; or, you may call the bakery-cafe to place your order with a Catering Coordinator. To start a new order, either through our online site or directly with the bakery-cafe, enter your zip code or select your city and state to find a bakery-cafe nearest you. Select "Order Online Now" to begin an online order at the selected location, or contact the bakery-cafe with the number listed.

  • How early do I need to place my order?

    We request that you place your catering order 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the pickup or delivery time. Cancellation charges may apply.

  • Can I get catering delivered?

    Yes, most bakery-cafes deliver. Please contact our Catering Coordinator at your bakery-cafe for delivery options. Delivery charges may apply.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

  • Do your foods contain allergens?

  • When should I order an individual box or boxed assortment?

    Individual boxed lunches should be ordered when everyone wants to choose their own or, when portability and convenience is your top priority. We can even label each box with a name. Lunch Sandwich Assortments or Morning Continental items are perfect for buffet style occasions. Our morning and lunch assortments allow your group to try a little bit of everything.

  • How many people will an assortment feed?

    Each group we serve is unique, and therefore the serving size of an assortment can vary on the amount of people it may serve. Our product descriptions specify the number of each products type within an assortment, and on certain products you’ll notice we provide serving size suggestions. Contact a Catering Coordinator directly to help plan and place your order. We’ll help you select the right amount of food depending on the size and type of your meeting or occasion; or, if you feel comfortable to place your order without guidance, you may begin your order online.

    Our catering pricing is based on the cost of feeding groups of people. We take extra steps to make the catering experience convenient and professional. For example, we bag and label every sandwich individually so customers know exactly what's inside. Our packaging is specially designed to enhance the food presentation so that it is attractive and convenient.

  • Why are catered sandwiches bagged? And why are the sandwiches bagged in halves?

    The sandwiches are sliced into halves to give your group more choice and variety. The bags are labeled for convenience and provide sanitation plus maintain quality. The breads stay fresh, as do the contents of the sandwiches. The bags stay neat in the sandwich tray and make for a great presentation.
